Terms and Conditions
1. Applications can only be accepted if submitted with a photograph. Notification of the results will be within two weeks of receipt of the application.
2. The committee’s decision is final and no correspondence can be entered into if the result of the application is unfavourable.
3. Closing date for the applications is 3rd June 2008. However, places are limited therefore it is advisable to apply as soon as possible.
4. A non refundable deposit of €uro150 is payable within two weeks after you have received confirmation that you have been accepted on to the course. The balance of the fees for the course must be paid in full, with cleared funds by 27th June 2008 or it will be assumed that you no longer wish to attend and your place may be offered to another applicant.

6. Candidates are responsible for making their own flight and/or other travel arrangements.
7. With the exception of the Package courses, candidates are responsible for arranging the accommodation of their choice through Scuola-Italia for the duration of the course. Any contract for the supply of accommodation to you by Scuola-Italia will be direct between you and Scuola-Italia.
8. Fees for accommodation to be paid to Scuola-Italia, in full (with funds cleared) by 2nd August 2008.
9. Candidates must have full, comprehensive, up to date insurance coverage (for health and medical, travel and personal possessions) for the whole period of the course including the time spent travelling to and from the course.
10. The organisers will not be held responsible for any damage or injury, however caused, to any person attending the course, nor for the loss of any property.
11. The organisers must be advised if a candidate has any health problems or allergies, and provide a doctors letter specifying anything we should be aware of in relation to the condition.
12. The organisers will not be held responsible for any candidate carrying an injury sustained prior to attending the course.
13. We strongly recommend that applicants under the age of 16 be chaperoned/accompanied by a parent, guardian or adult travel companion who will be responsible for the welfare of the candidate during their trip. By request supervision may be arranged for candidates stay in Urbania.
14. In the event of a candidate’s withdrawal: Refund payments can only be made after withdrawal has been agreed to in writing. Refund payments will only be made to the person who made the original payment. In the event of withdrawal from the course once it has begun, refunds will be made on a case by case basis and will depend on the unspent part of fees.
15. The directors reserve the right to change the teachers or artistes in the event of illness or any other unavoidable causes.
16. We reserve the right to cancel the programme in the case of accident, illness or any other reason beyond our reasonable control.
17. All candidates must bring dance practice wear and female candidates wishing to do pointe-work are expected to bring their own pointe shoes.
18. Candidates must comply with all policies, rules and regulations made by us for the safe, efficient and orderly running of the programme.
19. Candidates are obliged to abide by the laws of the host country, Italy.
20. We have the right to require you to withdraw from the course if you are in serious breach of any of the terms and conditions.
